Summary of the role
One of the world's largest independent insurance brokerages are currently seeking a Legal Administrator to join their company. They are looking for someone to manage document retrieval, data updates, and communication to ensure accurate and efficient information flow.

What you'll be doing

  • Locating historical documents.
  • Populating the database with all available, up to date materials.
  • Ensuring relevant terms are in place within the TOBAs themselves.
  • Communicating to the business and Insurer where required to support the population of accurate data and requesting of information.
  • Escalating issues to the management within Market Security for resolution.
  • Reporting on progress and completion.

What we're looking for

  • Previous administrative or legal experience is a plus but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Solid Level of IT Literacy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • A professional and proactive attitude
