Legal Administrator - Commercial Property | Cardiff | Legal 500 Firm
On behalf of our esteemed Legal 500 client based in Cardiff, TSR Legal, a specialist legal recruitment consultancy, is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join their respected Commercial Property team.
This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for an individual with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional support within a professional legal environment.
The Role
As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth, client-focused service. Your contributions will support the firm's ongoing commitment to excellence for clients, introducers, and referrers alike.
Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering full administrative support to commercial property fee earners, assisting with transactions relating to sales and purchases under supervision.
  • Managing the client onboarding process, including opening and closing case files.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client communications - answering queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and service.
  • Liaising with solicitors and other internal teams to resolve queries and support workflow.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by line managers or Directors.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior administrative experience within a fast-paced office, ideally within legal or property.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team approach.
