Job Description
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with billing and other financial tasks
Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders as required
Keeping up-to-date with relevant legal and industry developments
Contributing to the smooth running of the Employment department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Administrator should have:
A strong academic background, ideally with qualifications in law or business administration
Proven administrative and secretarial experience within a legal environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
A proactive and flexible approach to work
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
