A legal firm in Manchester is looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include handling documents, managing communications, and assisting solicitors. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including mathematics and English. The purpose of the role is to provide essential administrative support
to the Operations team, facilitating seamless workflow across departments and
contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle
general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning
documents
Manage
incoming and outgoing post, emails, and phone calls efficiently
Maintain
and update client records on the case management system
Assist
solicitors with preparing legal documents and correspondence
Schedule
appointments and manage calendars for fee earners
Liaise
with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure
sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy

A minimum of 5 x GCSE including maths and English at grade A*C/9-4 or above
