Overview

Legal Administrator needed in Worcester. The rate is £12.21ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is: RQ1603338.

The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support principally to a legal team. They will maintain and operate the written system for renewals and will prepare and produce, under appropriate solicitor or legal assistant supervision, bundles of documents for legal proceedings and to deliver such bundles to Court where necessary.

  • Prepare and produce bundles of documents for legal proceedings under supervision and deliver bundles to Court when required.
  • Write letters and answer telephone enquiries; prioritise urgency of calls and handle them appropriately.
  • Maintain diaries, both electronic and paper as appropriate.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills.
  • Ability to follow supervision and work accurately with documents and bundles for court proceedings.
