Dealing with clients and tenants via phone and email
Maintaining client records
Producing necessary paperwork and managing invoices
Diary and task management

Typing and formatting formal reports and letters

What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven secretarial/administration experience is advantageous, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
