Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Using the case management system to generate client invoices
  • Processing expenses and ensuring accurate records
  • Managing client payments and maintaining up-to-date business rates
  • Opening legal files and maintaining accurate records
  • Uploading and sending Terms of Business to clients
  • Performing ID checks and compliance processes
  • Assisting in drafting basic lease management and lease variation documents
  • Ordering legal searches and obtaining copies of title deeds
Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using case management systems (desirable)
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Knowledge of legal processes and terminology
