Join Our Client as a Legal Administrator!
Location: Addlestone | Contract: Temporary (1 year contract) | Start Date: July 28, 2025


Hybrid - 1day a week in the office (but must be flexible)

Our client is seeking a cheerful and professional Legal Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to their dynamic Legal Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to team success, this could be the perfect role for you!


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver comprehensive general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Legal Department.

  • Manage financial-related tasks, including raising Purchase Orders and liaising with vendors for payment matters.

  • Organise diaries and book rooms for meetings.

  • Arrange travel and manage expenses efficiently.

  • Compile reports and assist with ad hoc document requests, including formatting and proof-reading.

  • Maintain confidentiality and a good working knowledge of internal systems.

  • organise teleconferences, Teams meetings, and videoconferences as needed.

  • Carry out one-off projects and assist with document management.


What We're Looking For:



  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Skills and experience:



  • Minimum HNC, 'A' level, NVQ3, Secretarial qualification or equivalent

  • Experience in a legal environment preferable

  • Relevant work experience in a comparable setting

  • Pharma sector experience also useful but not essential

  • Proven expertise in utilising MS Office and various databases (typing, input, updating, reporting).

  • Experienced in dealing with internal company stakeholders at all levels. Ability to liaise credibly and, challenge appropriately with due consideration for cultural differences.

  • Excellent and accurate typing
