We are looking for a proactive and organized Legal Support Assistant with Admin/Secretarial experience to join our Fraud and Motor Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting our legal professionals, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the Fraud and Motor Teams.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third-party providers professionally and effectively.
  • Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Handling general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.

  • Previous experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
