The Legacy and Individual Giving Fundraiser will support Ashgate Hospice’s Legacy and Individual Giving programmes during a period of maternity cover, helping to maintain sustainable long-term income and strengthen relationships with our supporters.
A key focus of the role will be supporting the stewardship and development of legacy giving, including the daily management and monitoring the legacy budget and pipeline. Alongside legacies, the role will support the delivery of regular giving and wider Individual Giving activity, working closely with the Individual Giving Manager to plan, coordinate and project manage multi-channel campaigns that retain and grow our loyal supporter base. Using data, insight and creativity, the postholder will help develop tailored supporter journeys, maximise income and ensure regular givers feel valued, engaged and connected to Ashgate Hospice.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, they will support the delivery of engaging Individual Giving campaigns, nurture strong supporter relationships and identify opportunities to develop future legacy supporters.
This is an important role in helping to maintain momentum across Legacy and Individual Giving during the maternity cover period and contributing to the hospice’s long‑term financial sustainability.
