Job summary

Ripple Effect is seeking a Legacy Manager to lead and grow our gifts in Wills and in-memory fundraising programmes from Bath. This part-time role focuses on building meaningful relationships with supporters and delivering engaging stewardship to demonstrate the impact of legacy gifts on rural Africa.

You will develop inspiring campaigns and supporter journeys, steward legacy supporters, and work with teams to maximise long-term income that sustains farming families across Africa for generations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in legacy fundraising.
• Knowledge of legacy marketing, stewardship, and/or estate administration.
• Excellent relationship builder, strong communicator, and organised project manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow gifts in Wills income and legacy fundraising campaigns.
• Develop engaging campaigns and supporter journeys across the lifecycle.
• Steward legacy supporters and manage estate administration across teams.
