Job summary

Steer is recruiting graduates for its Consultant Programme, offering a comprehensive onboarding and structured development pathway. From week one, you’ll handle real consultancy assignments and gain exposure across sectors, with mentoring and a buddy to help you settle in.

Over the first 18 months you’ll work with industry experts, receive formal training, and rotate through practices to broaden your knowledge, skills and experience, with a career development manager guiding your progression.

Qualifications

• Degree level education; open to all subjects
• Interest in Geography, Transport, Mathematics, Statistics, Design, Engineering, Economics or Politics

Responsibilities

• Deliver full range of consultancy work from the start of the programme
• Collaborate with industry experts to tackle complex problems
• Engage in a structured development and mentoring programme
• Participate in rotations across Steer practices to broaden knowledge and experience
• Benefit from tailored onboarding and ongoing career development
