Job summary

PSI Services LLC is hiring for Test Centre Administrator (TCA/Invigilator) to supervise exams at our Leeds centre. The role includes ensuring compliance with testing procedures, maintaining security, and supporting test takers throughout the process.

The position operates on a casual/zero-hours contract with varied hours, typically Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and travel is fully paid when off-site. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Security clearance requires a UK/EU/Commonwealth passport with ILR or equivalent and at least 1 year validity remaining.
• UK residency with a minimum of 5 years continuous residence in the UK.
• High school diploma, GCSE or local country equivalent.
• Experience in similar roles is an advantage but full training will be provided.
• Customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for test takers and ensure their comfort.
• Guard exam security and conduct meticulous checks for a trustworthy testing environment.
• Verify test taker IDs and explain testing procedures.
• Conduct visual and physical security checks and follow company policies.
• Support individuals with special requirements to improve accessibility.
• Invigilate exams and ensure efficient delivery of tests to test takers.
