Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
• 1–4 years' PQE for Associate; 5+ years' PQE for Senior Associate.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on a broad range of employment law issues.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and guiding clients through litigation.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
• Delivering pragmatic advice on complex employment matters.
• Preparing and presenting employment law training sessions for clients.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate referrals.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support business growth in Leeds.
• Supporting business development and growth of the Leeds employment team.
