Sodexo in Leeds is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning operations and ensure service excellence. The role blends hands-on cleaning (about 70%) with supervision and coaching of the team to maintain high standards.

You will coordinate rotas, manage stock and equipment, and uphold Health & Safety and COSHH compliance across the site. The position offers development opportunities and access to Sodexo’s employee benefits package.

Formación

• Must have practical cleaning experience in FM or support services.
• Leadership and coaching abilities with good communication.
• Ability to plan rotas, manage absences and workloads.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH practices.
• Experience with stock control and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver cleaning operations, ~70% hands-on cleaning and ~30% supervision.
• Supervise and develop colleagues through induction, training and reviews.
• Coordinate daily operations, rotas, holiday coverage and workload management.
• Manage stock, orders and equipment, maintain records in systems.
• Ensure Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures are followed, handle incidents.
