JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Sales Representative UK, you are responsible for implementing strategies, plans, and drivers towards achievement of agreed targets and objectives within our business categories across the UK Sales Account Portfolio in our distribution.

You will work closely with the Senior Regional Sales Manager to develop and successfully execute agreed sales and distribution plans within defined UK regional accounts.

Contribute, inspire, and energize the UK team, whilst driving your business growth and development to maximize the UK region objectives.

Strong knowledge of the UK market through Tier 2 (trend) and lighthouse accounts, with a strong network and connection to key players in the UK market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute mid and long-term sales plans for the UK, aligned with EMEA's road maps and business plans.
  • Determine and drive regional sales account objectives and targets in agreement with the Senior Regional Sales Manager and in accordance with UK & EMEA annual growth plans.
  • Monitor account credit status and collaborate with accounts, Credit Control, and Customer Service to minimize outstanding debt and credit-held orders.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Customer Service, Credit, Marketing/Merchandising, and Operations/Planning.
  • Provide weekly reports and regular feedback to management on marketplace trends, competitor activity, and product development.
  • Enhance the consumer brand experience within key regional accounts by developing in-store brand presentation with regional marketing and VM teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support direct reports and build relationships with local accounts, attending meetings and executing business opportunities.
  • Lead the monthly and seasonal GTM process across the sales team and account base.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in wholesale.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently.
  • Eligible to work in the UK; location: London.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and analytical mindset with digital proficiency, especially in Excel.
  • Team player and proud ambassador of the company and brands.
  • Willing to travel and hold a valid driving license.
