LED Panel Technician in Bracknell is a permanent, full-time role responsible for preparing, testing and maintaining LED panels and related equipment for live events. You will fault-find, repair and service displays, keeping accurate records and supporting timely dispatch with the warehouse and technical teams.

The position offers a £35,000 per annum salary, Monday to Friday hours (8:45am–5:00pm) and opportunities for ongoing training within a specialist technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Test, inspect, configure, and prepare LED panels, processors, and associated video equipment.
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and basic repairs on LED display systems.
  • Assist with the maintenance and servicing of LED screens to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
  • Record equipment status, repairs, testing results, and inventory movements accurately.
  • Support the efficient movement, packing, and dispatch of equipment while adhering to quality standards.
  • Work closely with warehouse and technical teams to ensure equipment is event-ready and delivered on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an LED Panel Technician to join a leading organisation within the live events and technical production industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician with an interest in video technology, electronics, and event production equipment.

Working as part of a skilled operations team, you will be responsible for the preparation, testing, maintenance, and repair of LED video panels and associated equipment, ensuring all products are delivered to the highest standard and ready for deployment on live events.

Key Responsibilities
