We work with system integrators, resellers and rental companies to deliver impactful display solutions and we provide a comprehensive support model to empower our channel partners throughout every phase of the project. From demonstration and specification, installation and commissioning, through to aftercare support and training.

PSCo is part of the Midwich Group, a specialist audio visual distributor with operations across UK and Ireland, Continental Europe and Asia-Pacific.

About the Role

To oversee the successful operational delivery of LED projects from inception to completion and handover.

Leading a team of engineers, ensuring operational excellence, high quality project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction

This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensuring that all projects meet client specifications and quality standards.

Working closely with the pre sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery, troubleshoot any operational challenges. Strong organisational, communication, management and problem-solving skills are essential.

What you will be doing in this role

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient LED installations.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of LED installation projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage the scheduling of the engineering team and management of 3rd party freelance contractors as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, pre sales, admin, service) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site assessments, develop installation plans, and provide technical oversight during the installation process
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during project execution. Manage training plans and required certifications for the team.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of engineering teams and an appropriate workflow is set. Implement a strict process for the team around job info packs, expectations and standards whilst on site, sign off packs to handover to service packs.
  • Management and coordination of service calls from Service Desk team for OnSite engineering contracts.
