The Early Careers Team:
As part of this role, you will be joining a large and supportive team of dedicated Engineering Lecturers, all working together to deliver high-quality training across multiple engineering disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Pipe Fabrication, Steelwork (Fabrication), Machining, and CAD/Technical Drawing.
You will be based partly at Furness College, contributing to a collaborative learning environment where apprentices are supported to achieve the world-class standards expected at BAE Systems. Your own engineering experience will be vital in shaping lessons that are practical, engaging and industry-relevant.
There is also the opportunity to undertake an assessor qualification if desired, further enhancing your professional development and broadening your impact within the team.
