You will join the Sensory Sciences team, a leading provider of clinical education in Optometry, Ophthalmic Dispensing, and Audiology, based in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Cambridge. We seek an experienced academic in Optometry to contribute to teaching, research, and clinical supervision in our courses.
Requirements include a PhD or Professional Doctorate in a relevant discipline, or being within 18 months of completion, with teaching experience in higher education. Current professional qualifications, including registration with the General Optical Council as an Optometrist, are essential. You should have a track record of applied practice and networking in the field. The role involves contributing to our MOptom course, accredited by the General Optical Council, and engaging in research and scholarly activities.
