A leading university is seeking qualified lawyers to join their Law Academic Team as Lecturers or Senior Lecturers, focusing on delivering high-quality education across multiple law programs. This role offers opportunities to contribute to curricular design and support student learning at the Leeds campus, with a competitive salary and an extensive benefits package.
We are looking for lawyers to join our team as either a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in our Law Academic Team based at our Leeds Campus, but with opportunities to teach at our Hull, Newcastle, and Sheffield satellite campuses.
Reporting into our Academic Manager, you will be providing tuition across The University of Law course portfolio including the LPC, SQE, BPC, Law Conversion Programmes (PGDL and MAL), LLM in Legal Practice, LLB, Professional Skills Course/Professional Development, Academic Masters courses and/or other University courses to the best possible standard.
We are open to applicants in all areas of law, but we are particularly interested in hearing from qualified lawyers, with experience in practice, to teach on our professional courses.

* Please note that if you do not currently hold this, it is a requirement of the University that you will enrol into the programme (delivered and financially supported by the University), usually within 12 months of passing probation. Successful completion/ qualification is essential to this role.
Requirements for Senior Lecturer positions:
For Senior Lecturers you will have developed significant expertise in: Application and practical delivery of a range of teaching techniques, pastoral care, mentoring colleagues, assessments and marking, team leadership.

On top of a competitive salary of Lecturer £40,250 - £42,250 & Senior Lecturer: £48,000 - £53,000. We provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 35 days plus Bank Holidays, and there’s a rewards package that includes:
