Job description

The School of Nursing and Allied Health (SoNAH) at Birmingham Newman University is expanding its academic team to support new undergraduate and postgraduate pre-registration routes in Adult Nursing and Mental Health Nursing. We are seeking dedicated professionals to contribute to the development and delivery of our nursing and allied health programs.

Are you interested in playing a key role in planning and delivering nursing education within our school? Do you want to join a team committed to outstanding education and student support? We are looking for adult field nurse academics and experienced clinicians who are student-focused, approachable, and eager to develop our Nursing and Allied Health programs.

Candidates should possess up-to-date knowledge of adult nursing education and be committed to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes equality of opportunity. Applicants must hold a current NMC registration and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining it. A recognised teaching qualification or HEA fellowship is desirable, or willingness to work towards one.
