Job description

Lecturer: Psychology and Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales

Details: Band C. Annualised hours: 417.5 - 536 (including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends).

Permanent, flexible fractional contract.

Salary: Associate Lecturer Scales 1 - 4, £25,372 - £29,942 per annum, pro rata; Main Grade Scales 1 - UP1, £32,304 - £46,432 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges, based at Neath College, supporting Neath and Pontardawe College.

Candidate Profile: Ideally, you should have a Level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, relevant experience, and a teaching qualification (training provided). A Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) and IT literacy at Level 2 are required. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.
