Job Title: IT Lecturer
Location: Kensington & Chelsea
Salary: £200 - £230 Per day

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in IT to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across a range of IT modules, supporting learners to achieve their full potential in both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons across IT-related courses (e.g., Level 2-5).
  • Develop innovative teaching materials that enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Provide academic support, guidance, and feedback to students on assignments and projects.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure teaching meets awarding body standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  • Support learners in developing both technical skills and transferable employability skills.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance processes, and staff development activities.
About You
  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd or willingness to work towards one).
  • Experience of teaching IT at FE/HE level is desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for inspiring learners and helping them progress academically and professionally.
