Construction Tutor (Full Training Provided)

Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Salary: £33,351 - £47,397 + 54 Days Annual Leave + 24-Hour Teaching Week + 28.68% Pension + Free Onsite Parking + Full Training + Career Progression

Are you an experienced tradesperson with a Level 3 (or Level 2) qualification in a construction trade? Do you want to step away from the tools and use your experience to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? This highly regarded college in Greater Manchester is known for its excellent construction facilities and commitment to supporting both staff and students.

The construction department delivers high-quality practical training to students from challenging backgrounds, helping them develop key trade and life skills in a supportive environment. In this role, you'll deliver 24 hours per week of practical construction-based sessions, with the remaining time dedicated to marking and planning. Full training will be provided to help you transition from industry to education, including support with IT systems and soft skills development.

The ideal candidate will come from a medium-sized construction company, bringing solid trade experience, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for supporting learners.
