Overview

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Mathematics to join our Slough & Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a salary on the Academic Pay Scale ranging from £31,133 (T1) to £44,841 (T11), depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion.
  • Create dynamic teaching programmes, closely monitor student progress, and guide them through exams, while also managing their Individual Learning Plans.
  • Foster a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A relevant degree, with either a teaching qualification or a commitment to pursuing one.
  • Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Experience in teaching Maths GCSE and Functional Skills is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
