Reporting to: Associate Director Curriculum
Salary: £29,565 - £43,562 per annum (subject to a progression criteria)
Annual Leave: 45 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Teaching hours: 864 hours per annum
Basis: Full time, Permanent

In particular, we are seeking someone with strong practical expertise in welding techniques and safety procedures, who can inspire learners through hands‑on instruction and real‑world applications. You will play a key role in developing learners’ proficiency in areas such as MIG, TIG and arc welding, metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and equipment maintenance, while also fostering critical thinking, problem‑solving, and workplace readiness.
