We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and current industry practitioners without a teaching qualification. The College offers a Lecturer Development Programme with support and training tailored to previous experience and individual needs, including inductions, a curriculum mentor, and regular support from the Quality team. Industry experts without a teaching qualification will be supported through a 12-week ‘Introduction to Teaching’ programme.
