This role may be eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000.

Role Overview: As a Lecturer in STEM - Automotive, your responsibilities will include delivering engaging teaching, preparing learning materials, assessing students, maintaining administrative records, and developing curricula with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and diversity.
Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in a related subject, possess relevant industry experience, have a working knowledge of motor vehicle technologies, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
