Lecturer Points 23-37: £27,185 to £41,014 gross per annum (pro rata, per annum)

The Role

As a lecturer, you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Science programmes. This includes focusing on retention, achievement, and student success, alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development, and ensuring high-quality provision. You will teach courses at levels 2 to 3, including full-time, part-time, and A-levels.

What are we looking for?

You should possess a UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a related discipline, a recognised teaching qualification, and the ability to teach BTEC Applied Science at Levels 2 and 3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to motivate and inspire students are essential. This role is ideal for a newly Qualified Teacher.
