We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Public Services/Law & Criminology to join our Sport and Public Services team, to contribute to the provision of an excellent student experience on those Further and Higher education courses including retention of the student and achievement of their qualifications.
As a Lecturer in Public Services/Law & Criminology, you will teach across a range of Further and Higher education courses in the Public Services/Law & Criminology provision and to contribute to the development and organisation of the curriculum as a member of the Sport and Public Service team.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Public Services/Law & Criminology candidate, who is willing to go the extra mile for our students in order to help them improve their own skills and attributes that can lead to successful employment or further study.
As a Lecturer in Public Services/Law & Criminology, you should:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in the subject area
- Hold GCSE A* - C / 9 - 4 in Maths and English or level 2 equivalent
- Experience of working with 16-18 year olds, ideally in a teaching capacity
- Experience as a teacher/lecturer in Public Services/Law & Criminology
