A prominent educational institution in Portsmouth is seeking a Lecturer in Prospects to provide high-quality teaching and learning, along with pastoral support. This role involves developing new programmes and engaging with learners, especially those facing challenges. Hours of work: 14 hours per week (inclusive of teaching and prep time), 52 weeks per year, Permanent, Full time

The Lecturer in Prospects is responsible to the Curriculum Manager for providing the high-quality teaching and learning, pastoral and academic support and programme leadership that will enable the College to meet these broad objectives. Team working and communication with an overall approach that values people will be of key importance.
