I am working with a respected college for some exciting opportunities. They are searching for a Physics lecturer on a full-time basis.

You'd be joining a growing department with excellent vision and values with the sole intent of delivering the most engaging courses for their physics learners and supporting the fantastic team.

This role involves delivering GCSE and A level, AS and BTEC equipping students with key skills

Location: Uxbridge
Hours: Full Time
Salary: up to £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement teaching strategies to enable students to develop technical skills in Physics.
  • To work collaboratively with all staff involved in the delivery of the Physics curriculum at GCSE and A level and BTEC.
  • To deliver high quality learning experience for students according to their educational needs, meeting internal and external quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • You will possess a degree in Physics or a closely related subject (e.g. Engineering), with experience of teaching Physics in a classroom setting up to A Level, with the ability to demonstrate a high standard of teaching and student achievement.
  • We would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and enthusiastic new entrants to the profession.
  • If you do not already possess a teaching qualification, the College will support you to obtain the Level 5 teaching qualification.
