Job description

We seek to make the fixed term appointment of an outstanding scientist to support the research of Prof David Procter. You will also be expected to contribute enthusiastically to teaching and management in the Department of Chemistry while carrying out research in collaboration with Prof Procter ( https://www.proctergroupresearch.com ). We are seeking an outstanding scientist with broad research interests, encompassing radical chemistry, catalysis, photochemistry, and organosulfur chemistry, and who has a passion for teaching organic chemistry. The post will suit candidates who wish to pursue an independent academic career in the future.
