Job description

Teach on a range of resit GCSE Maths courses.

Undertake other duties including tutorial support and associated administrative tasks.

Thoroughly prepare flexible teaching, learning, and assessment materials.

Key Person Specification Requirements:
  • PGCE or commitment to work towards;
  • Degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
  • Up-to-date occupational experience;
  • Enhanced DBS check.

We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and current industry practitioners without a teaching qualification. Joining the College includes participation in a Lecturer Development Programme offering support and training, including inductions, curriculum mentoring, and 1-2-1 support from the Quality team. Industry professionals without a teaching qualification will be supported to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training and will have opportunities for a Level 5 Diploma.
