Collaboration with FE tutors to improve internal progression and engagement with local employers to provide work-based learning experiences and GAP opportunities is also expected.
Applicants must be strong team players with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a forward-thinking mindset and innovative approaches to working with students.
Our learners benefit from excellent links with local employers, and further strengthening these links is encouraged.
You will receive full support from a dynamic team and have opportunities to bring your ideas into the role. We prioritize training and development, and you will be actively encouraged to upskill. If you have the drive and motivation to unlock student potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
