We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care with a specialism in Health Care to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing curriculum area and make a real difference in learners’ lives.

Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent subject knowledge in health and social care.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A team player with a flexible, enthusiastic, and committed approach.
- Excellent organisational, IT, and administrative skills.
- A supportive and empathetic attitude towards learners.
- A proven track record of successful teaching or youth engagement.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- A relevant qualification at Level 4 or above.
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Assessor/Verifier awards (or willingness to work towards).
Experience
- Relevant vocational/industrial experience in healthcare.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical role.
- Strong industry networks and professional integrity.
- Recent teaching experience in further education or a professional setting.
Desirable
- Degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Experience with higher education teaching, T-Level delivery, and curriculum planning.
- Knowledge of embedding English and Maths into curriculum delivery.
