We are seeking to appoint a lecturer to deliver key aspects of the Health and Social Care and Child Care qualifications, such as safeguarding, child development, principles and values of working in health and social care/child care, health and safety, and professional practice in these sectors.
The role offers the opportunity to develop as a lecturer within both departments, under the guidance of the programme manager and team leaders. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lessons, administration, and assessment. We promote practical and active teaching methodologies to enhance learning, allowing you to apply your knowledge and experience to ensure learners gain a comprehensive understanding of the sectors.
Ideal candidates will have previous teaching and industry experience in the sectors, though we also welcome those new to teaching.
