Requirements:

• Has achieved, or is working toward, a Certificate in Education or a Level 5 Teaching Qualification.
• Holds a relevant degree and/or professional qualification aligned with the department's subject area.
• Confident in using a range of teaching strategies and adaptable to suit the diverse needs of different learner groups.
