About the role
The UCL Department of Geography invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Geographies of Health. Up to two open-ended, full-time appointments will be made, starting in September. The salary range for this position is Grade 8, £52,000–£62,000 per annum (including London Allowance).
We are establishing a new research cluster in Geographies of Health, seeking to build on existing strengths. UCL is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We particularly welcome applications from women and ethnic minorities.

The successful candidate(s) will contribute to our undergraduate curriculum and, once the new cluster is assembled, participate in developing new modules and MSc programmes in Geographies of Health.

About you
Candidates must hold a PhD (awarded by the start date) in Human Geography or a related discipline with an environmental or spatial focus on health. Evidence of research excellence, an innovative research agenda, and teaching ability at undergraduate and graduate levels are required, along with a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
