About the Role

Shape the Future of Fashion Education at the FRA!FRA offers unique, accelerated 2-year degree programs that combine intensive fashion business education with hands-on industry placements and mentoring. As we expand, we're looking for a Lecturer in Fashion Buying and Merchandising to inspire and guide our students.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching that prepares students for thriving careers in the industry.

About You:

  • Qualifications:BA/BSc (Hons) in Fashion Buying and Merchandising, or related field.
  • Experience:Industry experience in fashion buying, merchandising, and experience in teaching or training, preferably in Higher Education.
  • Expertise:This role is suited to a subject specialist who is passionate about delivering a highly industry-relevant and student-centred curriculum. You will have in-depth knowledge of fashion buying and merchandising and the Fashion Retail landscape.
  • Passion:You will be industry-driven, student-focused, and ready to bring your energy and innovation to our curriculum!

Salary:

From £38,700 to £41,000 per annum (FTE 1), subject to qualifications and experience
