The Role:

Are you experienced in teaching Electrical Installations in Further Education or an experienced Electrician seeking a new challenge? Would you like to join a team developing a multimillion-pound retrofit centre for Sustainable Construction? Our School of Engineering, Digital and Sustainable Construction is creating a state-of-the-art facility in Birmingham, launched in September 2022, with advanced resources and high-tech equipment.

We seek a motivated lecturer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with FE teaching experience in electrical installations or an Electrician eager to pass on skills. Applications for both part-time and full-time contracts are welcome.

You will collaborate with Senior Lecturers and the Head of Department to ensure world-class delivery and produce work-ready students for employment or career advancement. The ideal candidate will be committed to self-development and industry innovation.
