Salary: £30,620 - £47,331 Upper pay range points UP2 and UP3 are subject to evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Spine.
Coleg Cambria is excited to be recruiting a Lecturer in Electrical Installation to deliver our electrical installation courses at Bersham.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have proven experience and competence within electrical installation and hold a level 3 as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate empathy and understanding of a range of learning difficulties/disabilities as well as resilience, flexibility, patience, and a sense of humour.
As a Lecturer at Coleg Cambria, you will be required to deliver both practical and classroom-based learning to our students. You will ideally have previous experience of supporting learners with additional learning needs in the classroom or significant relevant personal experience. You will demonstrate the ability to build good working relationships with learners and staff and have the ability to manage groups of learners with a positive approach to challenging behaviours.
Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
