Job summary

Teesside University invites applications for a Diagnostic Radiographer role within the Department of Allied Health Professionals, School of Health & Life Sciences. You will contribute to teaching, research, knowledge exchange, enterprise and business engagement across the School and University.

You will be HCPC registered, hold a relevant degree with a masters, and aim to obtain a Teaching Qualification within two years (PGCHE/Associate Fellow/Senior Fellow).

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
• Demonstrate contemporary knowledge, experience and skills in diagnostic radiography.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and manage practice placements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to teaching, research, knowledge exchange, enterprise and business engagement in the Department of Allied Health Professionals, School of Health & Life Sciences, and across the wider School and University.
• Engage in curriculum development and negotiate/manage practice placement experiences.
• Support the School and University through teaching, scholarship and outreach activities.
