Join to apply for the Lecturer in Construction Bricklaying role at Heart of Yorkshire Education Group.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Construction to join our Construction department within the Group. This is a fantastic chance to pass on your sector knowledge and experience to our students to help support their studies and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding teaching to ensure all learners, including post-16 and apprentices, successfully achieve their highest potential.
  • Contributing to an excellent learner experience, including student retention and qualification achievement.

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Craft trade.
  • Ideally qualified to Level 4 in Construction.
  • GCSEs A*-C (9-4) in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • A PGCE or recognized full teaching qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience working with 16-18-year-olds, preferably in a teaching capacity.
