About the Role

Are you passionate about construction, surveying, and the built environment? Our client, an Ofsted rated college in Warwickshire, is seeking a Lecturer to deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching across T level Construction Design, Planning & Surveying, alongside BTEC and Level 4 Management for Construction modules.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver high-quality instruction in T-level Construction Design, Planning & Surveying.
  • Facilitate BTEC modules and Level 4 Management for Construction.
  • Guide and inspire students with diverse learning needs (Levels 1 to 4).
  • Support the development of future construction professionals through hands-on, practical learning.
Requirements
  • Ideally: Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Construction & the Built Environment, with specialism in design, surveying, or planning and prior teaching experience across Levels 1–4.
  • We also welcome: Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Construction & the Built Environment in a subject such as design, surveying, and planning.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to student success and excellence in teaching.
