We have an exciting opportunity for an hourly paid Lecturer in Catering to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to help shape the next generation of Catering professionals while contributing to a vibrant and dynamic academic community.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lecturer in Catering, you will:

  • Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Catering.
  • Provide hands-on and theoretical instruction in Catering.
  • Support students' academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning to real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students.
  • Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates who:

  • Are qualified teachers or willing to work towards this qualification**.
  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Catering.
  • Have GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Are committed to undertaking any mandatory training relevant to the role.
