This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office or Campus locations. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Lecturer in Business Psychology to join our Postgraduate Team. You will:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures online for our students.
• Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work.
• Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high‑quality feedback.
• Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students.
• Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques.
• * days of the week are negotiable

About You

To be successful as a Lecturer in Business Psychology you must have:

• An MSc or equivalent formal qualification in Psychology, and be recognised by the BPS as having a Graduate Basis for Chartership.
• Be experienced in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes.
• Be able to evidence your successful experience of working in programme teams and of being a creative and inspiring lecturer and colleague.
• Experience or knowledge in Business or Occupational Psychology.
• Experienced in teaching research methods, particularly in business psychology is an advantage
• Experience in dissertation supervision, particularly in business psychology is an advantage

Highly Desirable Criteria

• A PhD (or close to completion) in Psychology or a closely related subject.
