Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking to recruit a permanent Lecturer in AI and Analytics to support its Business School next year, 2027.
Birkbeck's Business School offers an excellent research friendly environment, with its Bloomsbury location offering access to a range of academic institutions in central London.
As Lecturer, you will be expected to teach across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Management and Artificial Intelligence and Analytics and to teach on our overseas programmes in China and elsewhere. You will be supported to publish internationally excellent research, and contribute to the effective delivery and development of our portfolio of taught programmes. This is a tenure-track post.
We are seeking to broaden our research and teaching portfolio in ways that build on our existing strengths. For this appointment, and as per the the title, we particularly welcome applicants with expertise in areas such as, but not limited to, Business/Management and Artificial Intelligence and Analytics, although outstanding candidates from all areas of Management will be considered.

This is a full-time, permanent role, 35 hours per week including delivering lectures in the evening (6-9pm) and occasional weekends – with possible delivery of modules overseas to our international partner institutions.

£44,247 rising to £60,858, 1.0 FTE. Grade LLEC, quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance
