Lecturer in Agriculture

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Up to 37.5h/week, full and part time opportunities available

Salary: up to £34,463 per annum (pro rata if part-time)

Annual Leave: 37 Electable Days plus 8 statutory days and up to 5 Christmas efficiency days

If you have good industry skills and aspirations to be a lecturer, we will support you to develop your teaching skills through our teacher training programmes. This will involve a reduced teaching commitment whilst you gain your credentials to become a qualified teacher. Full support will be in place throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree, or equivalent qualification in Agriculture and will either hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to gain a relevant formal qualification in role. You will be a professional, hardworking, and confident team player with a track record of good or outstanding industry good practice and above all you will be passionate about what you do!
